Join us for a 60-minute gentle vinyasa yoga class overlooking the bay. This class will focus on mind-body-water connection and how we can support our bodies for paddling season! No yoga experience necessary.
Please bring:

  • A yoga mat or something similar

  • Yoga blocks if you have them (no worries if not!)

  • A water bottle

  • Comfortable, breathable clothing

Notes:

  • Weather permitting, we will be out on the deck overlooking the water and sunset. If the weather is cold or wet, we will be inside, but still overlooking the water!

  • If access to a yoga mat is prohibitive, just reach out and we’ll get you taken care of! Email yoga@kennasarae.com

  • Yoga is in part a physical activity; modifications will be available, but please listen to your body and self-select if this activity is right for you.
