Join us for a 60-minute gentle vinyasa yoga class overlooking the bay. This class will focus on mind-body-water connection and how we can support our bodies for paddling season! No yoga experience necessary.
Please bring:
A yoga mat or something similar
Yoga blocks if you have them (no worries if not!)
A water bottle
Comfortable, breathable clothing
Notes:
Weather permitting, we will be out on the deck overlooking the water and sunset. If the weather is cold or wet, we will be inside, but still overlooking the water!
