Little Lady Luffers
Ages 5-7 • 15 hours over five consecutive days
July 22 - 27 • 9:30am - 12:30pmStudents sail with peers and an instructor in either a J24 or an RS Quest - allowing for hands-on learning in a safe environment. This class covers sailing terminology, wind, rigging basics, and more through games and activities. Participants may also enjoy non-sailing activities such as paddling or land-based activities if weather conditions are not cooperative for sailing.
She Sails
Ages 8-12 • 35 hours over five consecutive days
August 10-14: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
This camp teaches the basics of sailing and will put kids at the helm of our RS Quest — a multi-handed boat that demands teamwork and good communication. Throughout the week we’ll cover all the skills needed to become independent sailors, including: rigging, sailing theory, hand exchange tacking, jibing, capsize recovery, docking, and conducting person overboard drills. Participants may also enjoy non-sailing activities such as paddling or land-based activities if weather conditions are not cooperative for sailing.Teen She Sails : Ages 13-18

July 6-10 & 13-17 : 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Our “Tera it up!” Camp provides a safe, fun setting for kids to discover the magic of sailing for themselves. In the two weeks of sailing we’ll cover all of the basic concepts, including: rigging, tacking, gybing, capsize recovery, points of sail, docking, person overboard, and many more fun and stimulating skills and concepts.
